Cancellation and refund policy
Plain and simple.
Cancelling
You can cancel free of charge until we start packing your order. Open the order's tracking page and tap Cancel.
Refunds for online payments
If you paid online and the order is cancelled (by you or by us), the full amount is refunded to the same account or card through Razorpay. Banks usually show it within 5 to 7 working days.
Broken eggs
Report broken eggs from the tracking page after delivery. We replace them on your next order or refund them.
