Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address, mobile number and a securely hashed password (or your Google sign-in).
• Delivery details: your addresses and the map pin you drop, so the rider reaches your door.
• Your orders: what you ordered, when, the price, payment method and delivery status.
• Your location, only when you allow it in the browser, to check whether we deliver to you.

How we use it

Only to run your orders: to deliver them, contact you about them, send verification codes and keep your account secure. We don't sell your details or use them for third-party advertising.

Who else sees it

• Our delivery partner sees the name, phone, address and pin of the orders they deliver.
• Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Our hosting, database and email providers store data on our behalf to run the service.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can update your details and addresses in My account. To have your account deleted, email contact@andewala.store.
